Confirm website content & asset ownership (required)
Any content or digital assets you provide for your website — including written content, images, photos, videos, graphics, logos, and branding — must be owned by you or properly licensed for your use.
Content taken from another website, vendor, photographer, designer, or third party may not be reused unless you have explicit rights or permission.
If you do not own or have rights to certain materials, those items cannot be used on your website. In these cases, we can:
  • Provide licensed stock images or assets
  • Generate original written content

Did my purchase go through?

Yes. Your website project is officially underway. You’ll receive updates as you move through each step.

What happens next?

You’ll start by sharing your website content. After that, our team builds your site, you review it, and we help connect your domain before launch.

Do I need to do EVERYTHING right now?

No. The process is step-by-step. We’ll let you know when each action is needed.

What should I work on first?

Right now, the only thing to focus on is preparing for content collection — gathering any text, photos, logos, or ideas you already have.

What if I don’t have all my content yet?

That’s okay. You can start with what you know. Your content doesn’t need to be perfect to move forward.

How long does the whole process usually take?

In most cases, websites are completed within 7–10 business days, depending on content and feedback timing.

Can I pause and come back later?

Yes. You can stop and resume between steps. Just avoid submitting the same step more than once, unless otherwise specified.

What is chat used for?

Chat is for questions and clarity — It can also be used to submit content, website reviews, and or get domain help, but only when you are ready for that step in the process.
