What is content collection?

Content collection is the process of gathering the text, images, links, and details we need to build or update your website.

Why do I need to complete this?

We can’t start building or revising your website until we have your content. Completing this ensures your site reflects your business accurately and launches on time.

How long does content collection take?

Most clients finish in 20–45 minutes, depending on how prepared your content is.

Does submitting my content mean my site will go live immediately?

No. Launch only happens after review, approval, and domain setup (if needed).

Can you help write content for me?

Whether it's over a voice call or you texting and or messaging with a rep, we can help generate content for you.

Can I request a specific template by name?

Yes. If you know the template name, you can enter it during content collection.

Do you need my logo?

Yes, if you have one. If not, let us know and we’ll proceed without it.

Can you just grab my photos from my current site?

Yes and no - While technically we can, we avoid doing so. Why? Well, saving images not in their original state can cause the image to become grainy and distorted. This can make the new site look lower in quality.
