Do you know who your domain provider is?
If you’re not sure, you can look it up using Whois.

No worries — open Whois in a new tab, search your domain, then come back and continue.

Select your domain provider
Choose the provider you use (or the one you want to purchase/transfer through). Your selection stays highlighted.
You said you don’t have a domain yet
No problem — pick a provider below to purchase a domain (or transfer one in). If you use Zen Planner Engage, you can purchase/transfer inside Engage.

Provider setup & access instructions
We’ll show the most relevant provider instructions based on what you selected. You can also view all providers if needed.

Important access note
When granting access, please add: [email protected] or [email protected]. If MFA is enabled, you may need to approve the login or share a one-time code during setup.
Zen Planner Engage
You can purchase or transfer a domain directly inside Zen Planner Engage. No delegate or shared access is required.
Go to Settings → Domains & URL Redirects, then use the Purchase / Transfer option in the upper-right corner.
GoDaddy
Grant us Products & Domains delegate access. This allows us to connect your website while keeping billing/account info private.
Google Domains
Google sold Google Domains to Squarespace. Sharing access is done through Squarespace’s system.
Namecheap
Sharing account access uses Namecheap’s “Team Management” / account sharing tools.
Cloudflare
Cloudflare does not offer delegate access. Instead, add our email as a full account member.
Squarespace
Squarespace does not offer classic “delegated access.” Typically users must share full access or transfer the domain out.
Hover
Hover recommends either sharing the login or transferring the domain to a provider that supports access controls.
Wix
To grant access, add us as a site collaborator. Wix doesn’t allow custom values (not recommended).
Shopify
Grant us Domains & Store Settings access by adding us as a Collaborator. This lets us connect your website without needing full login/billing access.

Domain FAQ's

What is a domain?

Your domain is your website’s address — it’s what people type into a browser to find you, like yourbusiness.com.

Do I need to own a domain to have a website?

Yes, you do have to own a domain in order to have a live website.

If you have a site that is currently live, then you do own a domain.

What if I don’t know whether I already own a domain?

Who.is can help you learn about who your domain provider is.

Where do people usually buy domains?

Most domains are purchased through companies like Engage, GoDaddy, Google Domains, or similar providers.You usually pay for it once a year.

What does “granting access” mean?

Granting access means allowing us to connect your domain to your website.

It does not give us ownership, and it does not change your billing.

What if I want to buy a new domain instead of using my old one?

That’s an option. We can help you choose and purchase a new domain when you’re ready.

What if I’m not comfortable doing anything technical?

That’s okay — most clients aren’t.
We’ll explain only what’s needed, in plain language, and help you through it when the time comes.
